Dr. Les Morgan serves as the Senior Pastor and is an ordained minister with the Southern Baptist Convention. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Knox Theological Seminary. As an ordained minister, he has served as a pastor for over 35 years. He also serves as the Director of Royal Palm Christian Counseling located in Fort Myers, FL.

Dr. Morgan has spoken at over 80 conferences in America as a seminar instructor and has been invited to multiple international settings for preaching engagements. He has authored five books, and numerous magazine articles.
